Terms of Service
SnapTemplate
Effective date: 25/08/2025
By using SnapTemplate ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate account info. You are responsible for activity under your account and keeping login credentials secure.
SnapTemplate provides a drag-and-drop email template editor, template storage, preview features, and a management API. Features and availability may change; we will try to provide notice for significant changes.
Paid plans use Stripe. Subscription fees are billed per the plan terms. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Refunds are handled per our refunds policy (add your refund rules here — e.g., no refunds except where required by law or at our discretion). We may change pricing; existing subscriptions will be honored for the period purchased.
Ownership:
You retain ownership of the templates and content you create.
License to operate the Service:
By uploading content you grant SnapTemplate a non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and render the content as required to deliver the Service (e.g., send preview emails, render HTML). Do not upload content you do not own or have rights to.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, spam, or to upload malware. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate acceptable use or that abuse preview/email sending.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of terms or abusive behaviour. Users may delete their account; deletion removes access to templates and data per our data retention policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped (e.g., to fees paid in the prior 12 months — set your cap).
You agree to indemnify SnapTemplate against claims arising from your use of the Service or your content.
If you believe content violates copyright, follow our takedown/contact process: copyright@snaptemplate.example and include necessary copyright claim info.
These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction — e.g., England and Wales]. Specify applicable courts.
We may update terms; we will post the new Terms and update the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
